As we are on our way to closing out this year during these finals days in the final year in the decade, which I think is pretty exciting, it is natural for us to reflect on where we’ve been and where we want to go.
Here are some journaling questions to help you cultivate that reflection:
What did you struggle with this year?
What did you overcome this year?
What did you learn about yourself this year?
How does your business look?
What business goals did you achieve?
What part of your business is undone?
How were your relationships this year?
What did you learn about yourself and others?
What was your health like this year?
What did you learn about your health this year?
What do you want for yourself next year?
What do you want for your relationships next year?
What do you want for your health next year?
What do you want for your business next year?
These questions will lead to others. Take a few moments and write them out for yourself. Even if it’s not done at this moment, print it or take a screenshot, and then set a reminder for yourself to take a little time to reflect.
As you write out your answers allow yourself to release any judgment of yourself, good or bad, and allow a sense of acceptance to wash over you. Notice that quiet judgment of what was undone. Breathe and release it.
Think about who you will need to become to allow these achievements into your life.
This is the secret to creating the energy and momentum to achieving your goals and desires: Falling in love with who you will become and creating a support system for her.
No one talks about this. We tend to talk about all the to-do items that we need to do to achieve–the bullet points and the daily tasks.
This overloads us and keeps us from getting what we want because we get tired! We fall off of our habits and then we think that we lack willpower.
It gets really messy in our minds with that kind of judgment. That can lead to thoughts that we really can’t have what we want because we aren’t strong enough or deserving enough. I CALL BS.
Falling in love with supporting and becoming who the woman who can achieve your goals will help you keep the level of energy you need to reach the finish line.
What will you need to do or create or be in order to fulfill your desires?
What does your self-care look like to create the strength and endurance to achieve your goals?
What standards and boundaries will you need to set in place to protect your energy and time so that you have plenty of those most important resources to move toward your Vision?
Who is she? How does she behave? How does she take care of herself?
I imagine she is really something special because you already are.
Imagine now taking who you already are to the next level and falling in love with every moment of the care you give to her.
You don’t have to do EVERYTHING to become who you need to allow those desires to come to life, and still, you will need to do some things.
For example, I want to support 600 women through my new Extraordinary Wealth program in 2020.
In order to achieve this or even get close, I need to grow. I’ve never done this so I will evolve. I will need to be more visible. I will need to speak to more people. Those things will require me to manage my time very carefully so that I don’t max myself out. I will need to have endurance which means I will need to have my feet on my treadmill more often. I will need to give myself more time to recover from talking more which means scheduling my hotel days and retreats.
It means making certain that the people who help me such as my coaches and healers will be scheduled in advance and regularly to support my emotional, spiritual, and physical body.
At first glance, it may seem like a lot. It will cost me time and money. I have invested in myself before, many times, and I know with 100% certainty that it’s important. Without the investment, I don’t have the self-accountability that I need to move forward.
I will need to become a woman who cares for herself in this way so that I can support other women to grow in their worthiness, abundance, love, and wealth and really create lives that they love.
I want to fall in love with becoming a woman who cares for herself in this way. I am already on my way.
What do you need for your next level goals?
Who will you need to become to step into your next level?
Think about all that she will need and fall in love with giving it to her. Do the versions of it that make sense for you and then as you notice how beneficial it is, deepen your practice.
Do it for you.
Do it for her…the next version of you who is waiting for you to arrive.
I can’t wait to see what comes next for you.
I’d love to support you through it. If you are looking for a community to help love and encourage you to do that, I’d love for you to join the HighVibeLeader Facebook community. You’ll be around other wonderful women entrepreneurs, coaches, and healers who are committed to taking their lives and mission to the next level.
I cannot wait to get to know you.
Create a special week for yourself. Please enjoy this special time of year whether you are celebrating Winter Solstice and welcoming the light, preparing for Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, or creating your own holiday, I wish you endless delight and magic.
