I’m checking in on you today.
The state of the world is kind of hmmm…messy? That feels like the best word.
Some people don’t seem very worried, some are entirely nonchalant, some are panicked, and some are aware, cautious, and calm.
Where are you? Which do you want to be?
If you want to feel aware, cautious, and calm all at the same time, I’m here to tell you it’s possible!
You can choose to be certain about lots of things even when there are moments of uncertainty.
You still get to choose how you think, how you behave, what you read or watch, what you eat, who you talk to, what you believe, and how you pray.
Stress and anxiety do not have to take over.
If it does show up for you, remember that fear and stress are there to try to keep you safe (even though sometimes the brain overworks in this area!), so don’t be mad at yourself for feeling it.
Just trust yourself that you can get back to calm and confident, and it’s from that place and feeling that you make your best decisions.
I did a live stream yesterday because I felt a lot of people feeling afraid and wanted to share techniques that I teach and use myself to keep calm and confident.
I talked about how to meditate in a very simple way to keep yourself in a calm state, and I also teach you how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which is an easy tool to help calm the brain and help you refocus.
You can find the video on my Facebook page.
I invite you to share it with your family and friends if you know of someone who is struggling with fear or anxiety.
We can get through this…and we can do it without panic.

Create a special week for yourself. Get creative. Keep calm. Have fun.
