How are you?

I want to know.

What are you feeling?

What do you need?

As women, we are natural caretakers, we forget that to check in with ourselves about what we need.

I am checking in with you to encourage you to pause and go within.

Hand on your heart. Ask yourself “What do I need?”

Here are some things that are likely coming up for you:
Time alone.
A conversation with someone who understands me.
A walk alone around the block…no partner, kids, pets.
A good cry.
A way to express myself creatively.
A drive with the music really loud.
A quiet drive.
A smile from a good friend.
It could be something completely different.
That’s okay too.

Whatever it is for you, it is important that you ask for it.
Speak your truth.
Speak it out loud.

No one knows what you want, if you do not ask.

If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.

As a woman, visionary, and solution-finder, you are probably asking everyone else what you can do for them or what they need.

You need this too.

When you seem strong and probably mostly feel strong too, it’s natural for people who not ask you what you need.

You get to ask too.

Today, I encourage you to ask for and be open to receiving what you want and need.

You get to be filled up too.
