How are you feeling?
I’ve been thinking a lot about what has been helping me stay calm and afloat these days and I want to share them with you.
I’m diving right in to share with you five things you can do right now to help you feel more abundant now.
1. Reduce or stop your media intake.
Refrain from watching or listening to the news. The best way to ingest the news (from a reliable news source) is to read it. You don’t get the speed, energy, or panic of the person reading it who is paid to keep things dramatic.
Remember that every bit of news you take in carries energy, and it’s important for you to separate concrete facts from heavy fears and opinions.
2. Hire a coach or find a therapist.
If you are a spiritual person, healer, helper, coach, or leader yourself, this is imperative. You need someone who will support you and create and hold a space for you to feel your feelings in a completely judgment-free zone.
If you are feeling a lot of anxiety or panic right now and it’s feeling extra amped up, that is actually natural. Times of crisis amplify fears that were already there simmering under the surface.

3. Connect with people who are having good conversations.
Even if you can’t hang out and have coffee or mastermind in person, you’ve got to allow yourself to connect with others.
Use Facebook Groups, Facebook Messengers video chat option, Zoom, Skype, Facetime, or others to have one-on-one and group hangs.
Feeling disconnected and isolated will increase feelings of lack or scarcity…even when there isn’t any actual lack for you.
4. Detach from uncertainty.
The more that you tell yourself that you require certainty to feel calm and productive, the more you are implanting that as a belief.
Your subconscious mind listens to EVERY SINGLE THING you say and think and takes it as a truth about what you want.
If you joke about feeling anxious, it hears. If you tell yourself you need answers to feel better, it’s listening. If you tell yourself that you are panicking about money, it’s right there soaking it up.
What does it do with these beliefs? It reminds you of them over and over and over again by replaying your thoughts and strengthening the thinking and behavior habits.
Why does it do this? Because it believes that making you afraid keeps you safe.
Isn’t that funny? Not funny ha ha, but funny interesting how your brain thinks that to keep you safe, you need to be on guard and hyper-aware all the time.
The truth is that fear won’t protect you.
It is your creativity and solution finding that will save you.
What will not keep you safe is trying to project or guess what time frame things will be different or back to “normal.”
Being afraid actually HALTS and BLOCKS your creativity.
You need your creativity to find solutions.
Start by reminding yourself that there are many things you are certain of already. List them. Write them down. Feel grateful for all the certainty.
This action will shift how you feel because your mind will be replaying certainty and gratitude, which are the healthiest emotions you can feel.
5. Join a group program or course to help you with your money and abundance mindset.
What you are thinking about grows. If it’s scarcity, that will grow. If it’s abundance and clarity, it grows. If you’re thinking about how simple it is to adapt, your ability to change grows.
